What a wonderful day. Marion’s style was relaxed and very helpful. I loved the way she explained things and her passion for baking was clearly evident.

Her hospitality with beautiful food to eat as we learned about Sour Dough baking was fantastic. We all came away with lots of goddies to help us on our baking journey plus quality notes and tips.

I would highly recommend Marion’s course, her quaint kitchen and harbour views made for a great location. The whole experience was awesome
