Such a fun class. Chef Ken was so funny and kind. He made sure everyone was looked after and shared a lot of information about Japanese cooking as well as some Japanese food history. The food was delicious. Everything was provided so you literally just need to bring yourself. I recommend heading to the venue early as parking in the area can get busy on the weekends. I highly recommend this class and will be booking another cooking class with Chef Ken soon. Thank you Ken!

Kathryn was always super positive and really encouraging as we tackled making the different Wagashi types!
Time passed so quickly since we were having so much fun - but it NEVER felt rushed or like we had to hurry. Before we knew it the class was over and we all felt accomplished having produced 4 or 5 different designs to take home! Super cute bunny design was a favourite of mine!

Loved this class so much! My friends and I had such a great time. Kathryn was an amazing teacher. So patient and accomodating - we felt so at home. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to try something different.

I went to the wagashi desert making class for my birthday and it was terrific! Kathryn was so lovely amd knowledgeable and it was so fun! Highly recommend her class! Am excited to go back for her other classes! Thanks Kathryn for the lovely class and for capturing good memories for me on the day!
