This was a wonderful class. The Japanese dishes Sumi taught us tasted so clean and nurturing. I never realised vegan Japanese cooking could be so delicious! She was a great teacher, explaining everything well and answering all questions. Highly recommend this class and hope to be back again.

Setsuko's class was wonderful, her teaching was clear and we made two different styles of Ikebana. I did this with my mother and we had a great time learning the beautiful beginnings of Ikebana. Highly recommend and looking forward to doing more classes in future!

Sumi-san was a wonderful teacher. Very patient, detailed and thoughtful. We learnt how to make three type of Nekiri Wagashi which were beautiful and delicious and were able to experience a green tea ceremony at the end of the class. Highly recommend this class to anyone that has an interest in making Japanese sweets, its a great experience.

The Sushi Sashimi Masterclass with Dekura-san was wonderful. He shared so much of his knowledge and experience and we made such beautiful sushi and sashimi and also were able to sit down and enjoy it together. Highly recommend!

This class exceeded expectations, Uppma was so wonderful teaching us about the history and origins of tea and Chai in India, all the beautiful spices and their Ayurvedic properties before guiding us through making our own Chai. Highly recommend this class to anyone interested in not just learning how to make Chai but all the amazing culture and history that makes it so special. Thanks so much for the wonderful workshop Uppma! :)
