The venue was great and I loved the dog as an added feature!
Helena was very welcoming and the teacher Daisy was so helpful, happy and friendly as well as very competent and confident in explaining the process.
It was interesting to see how the other participants managed their pieces as well.
The process and the outcomes are fascinating!

Max and Zoe were fantastic hosts and That Paper Joint is a wonderful place to visit & spend a few hours creating. The workshop was really well planned and ran smoothly, with the opportunity to have a lovely snack and have a coffee as we worked. Max was very helpful in explaining how to put images together & gave good feedback too.

I really enjoyed Icy’s approach to bullet journaling and I found the kit she sent very appealing. Her preparations were very thorough and I’m keen to set up my pages with her suggestions in mind. I particularly liked the way she showed a variety of examples in her work. It gives me a lot of inspiration.

Icy the teacher had some great tips and was keen to share some examples of her work.
I think her idea of having different journals for special purposes is an idea I would like to follow up.

The Zentangle activity was fun, easy to do and relaxing. Niki made sure her instructions were clear.

Liana, the teacher, was well organised for the session and the venue suited the activity well.
We each had plenty of room to work and we were well supplied with tools and materials. We were also given clear explanations about how to use them and shown examples of what could be achieved with Linocuts. Liana was more than happy to share extra information with us. I thought it was very useful to see the printmaking process and everyone achieved great results.

The Slow-Stitching class, which took place in the brand new home of Guild of Objects, was a really lovely workshop. The teacher Tamara was great. She brought ample fabrics & several already made pouches and very patiently shared her knowledge of how to stitch them.

The teacher was well prepared and obviously knew a lot about paper making. We worked in pairs and my partner was very pleasant and keen to participate so we were able to produce a number of pieces of paper. Each of the pages has a unique appearance due to the inclusion of florals & coloured paper shreds.
