This was a fabulous course. I can’t wait to do more with these guys. AND even better, we are still eating our Burrata and Bocconcini a few days later - they are delicious!

Love Carlie. Just sad I have now done all her 4 classes. Not sure what to do next! Carlie is a fabulous teacher so generous with her knowledge.
