My partner and I had the best time attending this workshop. At this workshop you get the hands on experience in creating your sourdough starter, feeding your sourdough starter, stretching and folding the dough and tasting the end product.

This workshop is a true start to finish experience and the best part is you can be an absolute novice (like I was) and walk away feeling confident enough to start your own starter and baking sourdough.

Leah was such a great teacher. Very approachable and very knowledgeable. We had a large class of 10 and none of us were left behind and we were all able to ask questions.

Also the bread was absolutely delicious.

I booked this as a birthday gift for my mum and we had the best time. The maximum number of people for this class was 4 which is perfect. The size of the class meant we got one on one attention, could ask questions and seek feedback on how to improve our technique.

The teacher was very knowledgeable and gave so many practical tips on everything from the baking process, to setting up for cupcake piping, making the icing, decorating and where/how to source the materials she used. We also received training materials which we took home and can use at any time.

When I attended I was with a large group and I think some tables would have benefited with more attention but it was challenging given the size of the group.

The location is super easy to find and there is on street parking available.

The experience was good value for money and would recommend attending the class with a group of four people so your group can get their own table. If you attend with less than four you can run the risk of being with people who may not be the best cooking buddies.

I learnt practical tips from the chef that relate to baking more broadly. When you attend you get a cookbook which is great and has very practical tips that are generally not included in cookbooks.

The teacher was knowledgeable, relaxed and helpful. This was the first time I did something like this and I learnt a lot about the process.

The venue was stunning and created a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. The venue was also perfect in creating inspiration for the potential earring designs.

All materials were provided and were in good working order. There was also a lot of choice where I felt I could create earring that were creative and true to my character.
