Christian is a pasta master! I learned so much from a few hours in a class with him than I did in any cookbook. Would highly recommend, especially if, like me, you've tried and failed a few times.

In the past I'd tried (very badly) to make sourdough. I bought books, read websites, and watched YouTube videos. And still, every time I ended up with a dense loaf more suitable for playing a game of football or breaking my neighbour's window than something for eating.

After only a few hours with Marion, LOOK AT WHAT I MADE

I would highly recommend this class. The notes she provides are as excellent as any book I've got on the topic. And if you're not sure about what to buy, she sells those too.

She is an excellent teacher and was able to show me what I'd been doing wrong. I would recommend this class as a first stop of you're wanting to go down the path of making your own excellent bread from home

Vishakha is a true creative in every sense of the word. Her passion for what she does makes her classes a truly enjoyable and informative experience. I'll definitely be back for more of her classes.
