Leah made the whole process so very clear that within the week I was cooking my own sourdough bread.

What an amazing class. We started with nothing and ended the morning with a beautiful homemade breakfast.

The instructors make the process flow so effortlessly. She was so chilled and gave a little bits of history around the food through the session.

I woke up feeling unsocial and not wanting to participate in any group type class but left feeling on top of the world, having been able to get in and get involved in creating the gourmet meal. It was so therapeutic.

Highly recommend it if you are feeling disconnected from the world.

Tong was amazing. Explained everything clearly and had a great sense of humour.
There was enough of everything to go around the class. Easy to find parking. The venue was nice and clean.
