The course was great, I’ve done it before and I really enjoyed it so I did a second time.
The teachers were lovely, funny, good to talk to and they gave good instruction. Materials were all supplied and were great.
Class was well paced and in a really lovely venue, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun.
I enjoyed making the cocktails, making dumplings and meeting people. It was nice to sit, talk and eat dumplings and drink afterwards.
I would definitely recommend this class for groups, couples and individuals.

The teacher was great, very clear and spoke to people well with a little humour as well which was nice. All materials provided. Clear and complete instructions given in class.
The only issue I noticed was that some of the other patrons drinking in the bar were were a bit loud which made it a little hard to hear the teacher sometimes but this is not the teacher’s fault and is to be expected in any bar/ pub. Overall a great course. It was nice to sit, talk, drink and eat charcuterie provided during and after the class as well. I very much enjoyed it.

The venue was lovely and had a wonderful vibe. It was so much fun, we all sat and ate our dumplings and had drinks afterwards. Very friendly, lovely staff. We talked and had drinks while making the dumplings.
It was so much fun and definitely worth while.
