Arno is a fantastic teacher and Master chocolatier. I really enjoyed this class, it was so much fun creating chocolate bars and learning the origins of chocolate. I found it very interesting. Everything is provided for a great experience, definitely good value for money no matter your level of experience.

Fantastic short course. Pearly explained the process of tempering chocolate really simply. They course outline was well structured. I learnt a lot and had fun.
