Alejandro is a helpful teacher . He was able to show me in detail the techniques of making the face and made it easy to do which I thought could not been done .

Without him I wouldn’t be able to make it (see attached photo)

This venue epitomises the essence of Brunswick and hipsterism . Max, the teacher was informative and experienced. He was insightful in collage techniques I never knew existed . A good Sunday activity I would say to do .

The teacher was good but for the money spent I didn’t think it was worth it . The people who were at the class were lovely. But we had to share the moulds and had to wait one person at a time which made the workshop too long and you had to rush. And just microwaving the chocolate didn’t make it worth it because I could have done this at home by watching YouTube . So it didn’t match up to the cost for me . I was expecting to be at a cooking school . But for someone who doesn’t know at all about making chocolate , this course was informative .
