It was really interesting learning the distilling process behind gin, and all the different botanicals used, especially the native ones. The teacher was really friendly, and very knowledgeable, I found her really helpful in answering all my questions. It was great to enjoy a tasting experience, and get the tasting notes. Can't wait to taste my very own, unique creation! Loved it, and would highly recommend.
