This was a birthday gift from my siblings and I to our parents - right from the start when requesting a private class, Hideo was very accommodating. On the day itself, we found him to be an excellent teacher and has the perfect balance of patience, humour and guidance. We all successfully made our own sushi rolls and nigiri. The Miso soup was a revelation, never tasted such a delicious one before. It was a relaxed, fun and tasty way to spend time with my family! Highly recommend.

An excellent experience, Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and made the day very enjoyable, loads of laughs and banter and at the end of it we all came away with knives to be proud of.

This is the second workshop I’ve done with Icy. Her gentle, encouraging and inspiring approach leaves you feeling confident to take the next steps on your own. I’m super keen to keep bullet journaling going know that I have the basic tools to get me started. Thanks Icy!

Ken was a great teacher. He was knowledgeable, organised, very personable and ran the class efficiently. The food was delicious and we have come away wanting to make dumplings again for ourselves ASAP.

A very chill afternoon learning the basic brush strokes. Icy is helpful, down to earth and spent time with each of us to provide feedback and useful tips. She gave us plenty of practice sheets and I’m inspired to keep going.
