My daughter and I attended the class. The teacher, Joel is a very experienced Baker and Teacher he was so good at explaining the process of baking croissants we are so confidant now that we would be able to make croissants ourselves at home and we are not Bakers at all!
We would recommend this class to all of levels at baking, we made and took all our baked items home and so much dough to make another large batch, the venue was great and well set up with everything needed for the day, such a great day would attend again

Had a fantastic time at the Shibori class on Sunday. Jo is a very patient teacher who taught us many different techniques. Lot of space and a whole table for each person, Jo gave us material and a scarf each and you could also bring a few cotton items yourself to dye. Great to have an afternoon crafting and forget about everything that’s happening in the world for a few hours, Thank you Jo

Blair is an amazing teacher! My daughter and I returned for a second watercolour class with Blair learning Botanical flowers, we both learnt new techniques and really enjoyed the afternoon
