Really enjoyed this session. The friendly host (Drew) and expert bar person (Ben) provided just the right mix of information, demonstration and audience participation. With helpful hints from Ben, my partner and I were able to make cocktails which looked good and tasted even better. John loved the espresso martini and my favourite was the Moscow Mule. We both agreed that it was a great end of week activity and maybe even better than going out to a bar. This way we could drink 4 cocktails and not have to organise an Uber home. Thank you guys.

Informative and (as expected) progressively more enjoyable as the cocktail sampling proceeded. I finally learned how to confidently and effectively release the shaker and why bartenders theatrically slap the mint. I got to make 4 different cocktails with a limited number of ingredients though I did cheat a little - I used elderflower liqueur rather than the cordial! Would be interested in the vodka class. Thought it was good value for money. Thank you. This class was the highlight of my day in chilly Melbourne.
