Jem was a wonderful teacher who made it easy, she has an abundance of energy and enthusiasm and my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed this class. And we got to walk away with a beautiful floral arrangement. We enjoyed the tea and champagne but next time we are getting the afternoon tea! A lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
