$175 is a high price to pay for ONE needle, use of thread, a packet of pins (when I already had my own), a ball of pearl thread to take home, use of plastic templates and a selection of cotton fabric pieces to actually use during the workshop. Lunch and teas provided in the price were on-par to Subway + cookies. Great coffee! Interesting and experienced tutor, attentive to everyone's questions, made great design suggestions, helped EVERY participant, showed interest IN EVERYONE'S efforts and good demonstration of sewing techniques.
