Great fun! Laid back but enough to learn heaps. Relaxed atmosphere and teacher was super friendly. Glad she came around to check on things too.

Not very hands on at all. Equally nothing new to learn. This is a class for someone who does not cook at all and hasn’t even picked up a piece of seafood! Made 1 salad that was really just lettuce leaves, some fennel, grapefruit and balsamic.
But wait for itthe prawn skewers was just some curry paste with yoghurt and coriander. Didn’t even make our own curry paste!
Teacher was disorganised and did not have everything at hand.
Do not recommend and would not do a class of any sort from that venue again.
