The class was organised and well run. The tutor gave all participants assistance on a one to one across the class time. This is an easy and fun craft to do.

Fun class that makes first time bread making a possible thing to do back at home. Clear instructions and great take home information and process for making sourdough bread.

Great venue and easily accessible by bus. All equipment readily available and of good standard. Clear instructions and easy to see demonstrations even following COVID19 requirements. Food delicious and recipes clear and all ingredients talked about and in some cases explanations on why particular ingredients could not be replaced by others. Eg types of flour. Lot of fun.

Venue was a bit hot but there were fans. Enthusiastic teacher demonstrated and talked to each participant about each of their practice works.

Clear information. Well organised and made cheese making/ yoghurt making very doable well done team!
