Looking to try out a self-defence class for kids in Adelaide? In this 40-minute workshop from Sol Phoenix Martial Arts, kids will learn the fundamentals of martial arts: kicking, punching, structure, and forms, while developing and improving their motor skills and memory.
Learning martial arts skills adds focus, promotes discipline, and builds confidence in kids. Our workshop also includes yoga and breathwork techniques.
