I take inspiration from my travels across Asia and the Middle East, and my past experience as a chef in various health resorts.
Cooking is a passion – it’s an outlet, it’s art, it’s contemplative, it’s a very dynamic process. Sometimes, I can discover new things in cooking and have the joy of creating new recipes. As long as the passion comes from the heart, there are no limits.
We had such a great time as a small hens group that LOVE FOOD.
The class had a smooth flow providing food through out, fantastic flavour across the board.
Sid made cooking all the food so accessible and easily transferable to a home kitchen, we loved all the small techniques that we picked up like grating garlic to remove the skin!
I highly recommend this fun and easy going cooking class, it was a great chance to make lots of really tasty and wholesome food with friends.
