What you'll do

On the search for fun and relaxing Gold Coast activities? Combine candle making with champagne and cheese at this fabulous soy candle workshop in Worongary!

Everything will be provided as you receive full instruction on the candle making process by our chief candle manufacturer Ingrid.

As you create and socialise with the group, sip on a glass of bubbles and graze on a delicious cheese platter.

At the end of the class, you'll take home two medium glass jar candles and one small candle as well as the skills and confidence to continue DIY candle making at home!

Please note:
Private bookings are available if you would like to make this a team event. Minimum of six people for all group bookings. Alternatively, you might like to book our space for your group as part of a birthday celebration or in the lead up to Mothers Day, Christmas or another holiday. Get in touch with your teacher if you have any questions.

Fragrances, dried flowers and colours
Measuring jugs, spatula and a temperature gun
Wax, wicks and stirring sticks

Suitable for

This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a team building activity, birthday, hens party or bucks party.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 10 years old). An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.

This would also be a lovely gift for her, gift for mum or anniversary gift.

About Drunk On Scent
Family time is important to us and when we get together over a few brews the creativity pours out.

We wanted to do something together as a family, and so the brainstorming began! We all love candles and we love our home, but scented candles aren't exactly a new idea! We starting investigating how candles are made, popular scents and discovered quickly that quality ingredients is the key to fantastic candles.

But what flavours should we make??

Flavours of the palet seemed the obvious choice! Crisp Gin, smooth Whisky and soft Irish Cream were the place to start. After sourcing the very best quality essences, a test batch was made, and here we are - Drunk on Scent.
