There are so many incredible, fermented foods out there, guaranteed to make your mouth water. In just one day, you can learn how to make some of the classics with Elisabeth from Permaculture Produce in South East Queensland.

During this one day workshop, you will learn how to make a loaf of easy sourdough bread and sourdough pikelets. We will also learn how to make sauerkraut, kimchi, fermented fruit paste, fermented fruit and even a batch of fruit wine!

There is so much to cover, making this a very hands-on workshop. Despite this, you will see just how fun and easy it is to make these delicious food products yourself.

There will be plenty of opportunities to try our creations throughout the day and a morning tea and lunch will also be provided.

You will receive a manual including everything we will learn and a sourdough starter so you can test out your new skills at home!

Please note:
For Brisbane requests, there can be a minimum of 10 students per group. For other locations, the minimum is 15.
