In this class, you will learn to develop the rich and varied flavours of authentic Spanish Paella by an expert cook. Beginning with a brief history of the classic Spanish dish, you will then get hands-on and learn specific cooking techniques used to make delicious paella using authentic Spanish ingredients and equipment.

- Paella de Mariscos (seafood paella)
- Ensalada de hinojo con naranja (fennel and oranges salad)

I am a professional chef specialising in Spanish Cuisine. I have over 15 years of international experience in Australia, United States and Spain. I am passionate about bringing authentic flavours of Spain to Perth, and sharing the rich culinary culture and tradition of Spain. Each plate of food that I share with you has a distinct story that I will incorporate into my classes, so you are not only experiencing the flavours of my native country but also the history.
