What you'll do
Calling all plant lovers! Let your teen or tween get their hands dirty and learn how to make a terrarium at this workshop, perfect if you’re looking for fun things to do in Sydney. You will also get to take your small garden home.
This class is designed for everyone, including plant beginners, as terrariums are like mini-ecosystems and when made correctly they will require minimal care.
Your experienced instructor will demonstrate and guide you on how to properly build all the layers of a terrarium inside a glass vessel. This includes setting layers of soil and stones for proper drainage, selecting suitable plants and succulents and decorating with stones and moss. You will leave with the result: a beautiful indoor garden that will sit perfectly in your home or at your workplace.
This class is perfect for kids party activities, any other special occasion.
