What you'll do

After fun Sydney activities? Feel transported to Thailand as you cook classic Thai dishes from the comfort of Sydney Seafood School in Pyrmont.

During this hands-on class, you'll learn all about Thai flavours and ingredients that may be unfamiliar but are increasingly easy to source and delicious to cook.

What's on the menu?

Stir-fried prawns with tamarind and coconut
Miang Kham (betel leaves) with crab
Stir-fried snake beans with garlic and white pepper

At the end of the class, sit down and enjoy the gorgeous Thai dishes you can now confidently cook at home!
