The Living Room & the Balcony Room at Bustle Studios

Looking for an inspirational space to hold your next workshop? Our gorgeous light filled Surry Hills terrace house will get those creative juices flowing! A short 3 minute walk from Central station.

Whether it’s a crafty workshop or a coaching seminar, you and your guests will feel right at home at Bustle. With its vintage look and feel Bustle Studios is also the perfect venue for a special occasion, whether it's a hens party, bridal shower, or something else.

As a blank canvas venue you can bring whatever decorations and props you like to design your perfect workshop. You are also welcome to BYO drinks and catering.

The Living Room

Inclusions:

• Tables and seating for up to 20 workshop style (22 at a push) or 30 theatre style.
• Projector and whiteboard available on request.

• Rates here are GST-inclusive

Need more space? Add on The Balcony Room extension for an extra $250 for the day.

To keep costs low, and the studio and staff Covid Safe, we are now predominantly Self-Service. If this is not suitable for you we offer full service for an extra $150 per day or evening session.

Self service

No staff on-site, contact-free self service.

We will give you the code to get in the front door and how to find your room.

Full instructions with wifi and bluetooth speaker passwords etc will be provided after full payment.

Help yourself to tea/coffee and chilled water from the shared kitchen. You are welcome to help yourself to glasses, crockery and cutlery from the shared kitchen but please either pop in the dishwasher before you leave or wash up.

You are welcome to move the tables and use the extra chairs available. Please return the furniture to the original position before you leave.

Please place all rubbish in the rubbish bins, turn off the lights and close the front door when you leave.

Full service - $150 extra

A fully vaccinated and masked staff member will meet you at the studio at a time convenient for you and return after you leave, to tidy up.

They will let you into the studio and give you the door code in case you and the other attendees would like to go in and out throughout the day.

Help set-up the room in your desired configuration including chilled water and glasses on the table.

Assist you to connect to the wifi, TV and air-con.

The staff member will also tidy up the room and kitchen after you leave including washing up dishes and placing rubbish in the rubbish bins.
