From Brazilian brittle to pistachio pralines, you will go nuts for this cracking workshop!

You'll learn how best to integrate delicious nuts into chocolate - both the techniques as well as understanding which nuts complement which chocolates. This is a fun hands-on class where you'll be guided by an artisan chocolatier.

You'll get to take away your chocolate creations, perfect for snacking or as a heartfelt and unique gift.

Wonderful setting with good set up.
Instructor was lovely and made you feel you were learning. Very informative and always open to questions. Not only did she talk about professional ways to do things, she gave you tips for doing it at home with everyday items.
All participants heavily involved in workshop - the instructor made the products too and this is what you tasted, meaning you could take home everything you made.
While recipes weren’t provided (which would have been great!) she offered to email them to you.
When participants asked other questions about things not covered in course she was helpful with answers and tips and would even get samples for us to try.
Overall a great 2 hrs where you not only had fun and were involved, you learnt a lot and came away with some amazing products.
