I enjoyed the class and learned some tips on cooking Sri Lankan dishes. The uterus was very personable and explained what we needed to do well. The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was that as we all prepared and cooked a separate dish, I did not see how in particular the chicken dish came together. Maybe worth considering each participant getting the ingredients together (chopping etc) but then all coming together to watch the dish come together at the stove
