I came on my own to learn how to make macarons and was a little nervous, especially since it was my first time baking anything from scratch. I left feeling so proud after successfully making a batch of beautiful unicorn macarons—and I had so much fun throughout the class!
Carlos was an incredible teacher. He struck the perfect balance between guiding us when we needed help and letting us do things ourselves, so we could genuinely feel a sense of accomplishment. His instructions were clear, encouraging, and easy to follow, which made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Thank you so much for such a fantastic class! I can't wait to make more macarons at home for my daughter's upcoming first birthday. I highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn, whether you're a complete beginner or just looking for a fun experience!

Our class with Carlos was a great experience - we learnt the ins and outs of making macarons, tried our hand at piping and had an end result worthy of putting on the shelf to sell. Great course. Class not too big, and very knowledgeable teacher. Highly recommend. Logical, easy to learn approach with precise recipe that is easily reproducible at home with normal kitchen equipment. Lots of vital tips that recipes just don’t include. Made perfect macarons first time - see photo! Not cheap, and maybe including a Teflon baking sheet would be a nice touch, but I plan to recoup my costs by making lots of macarons for home and friends!
