Loved my afternoon with Vanessa. She is extremely knowledgeable, fantastic communicator, and a absolutely lovely person to spend an afternoon learning the art of silk dying. Everything was provided and set up ready to go. Really enjoyed this class and looking forward to trying out some of what I was taught at home.

We had so much fun! Vanessa was very friendly and she explained the silk making process so well. She had lots of examples to get us inspired on our own designs. And it was so great that we could take home our beautiful scarves right after the class. Her home studio was very neat and clean. Highly recommend

What great class with such a lovely teacher. With no previous knowledge or experience, Vanessa expertly guides you through the process to design and create your own work of wearable art. I'm an absolute convert and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this class. Five stars.

I attended the the silk dyeing course run by Vanessa on Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed it. What a fantastic way to spend a Saturday morning! The process was easy to follow even as a complete beginner and the teacher was very knowledgeable, warm and engaging making the two hours fly by. Everyone's end results looked amazing and by the end I was hooked and wanted to do more. Great class, great teacher, + more

A great workshop with a friendly and knowledgable teacher aiding us in creating our own unique silk scarf using paints and rock salt. No skill is required and I was so pleased with the outcome. The cost of $60 for the 2hr class was very reasonable, seeing as silk scarfs can cost a lot more, and you get satisfaction out of the experience. Highly recommend trying it.
