Starting with a brief history of thunder tea rice making, you'll then learn some new cooking techniques that you can take back to practice in your own kitchen. Get hands-on with a mortar and pestle and grind tea leaves and medicinal herbs with various nuts, seeds and grains to create your very own tea with amazing health benefits too! You'll also make some delicious healthy, natural and traditional herbal food to enjoy alongside it. This food is all completely vegan-friendly.
Whether you're looking for birthday party ideas for a vegan friend who loves to cook, or you want to try something new for yourself, this vegan cooking class would be a great pick for you.
