If you're just starting out on a plant-based diet, thinking about making the transition, want to get a handle on the basics or if you want to try something new, this class is for you. In this vegan essentials cooking workshop you will enjoy an open forum to ask questions, learn new dishes and techniques, and learn about interesting food combinations and nutrition facts.

Discover a new way of eating with a plant-based diet and how interesting, tasty and simple it is to make the shift. In this interactive hands-on workshop, you will learn the vegan essentials: how to make vegan butter two ways, how to make nut milk, delicious plant-based cheeses and scrambled “eggs”.

Enjoy delicious organic and plant-based food tastings and snacks along with like-minded people and get inspired to create family pleasing, nutritious and abundant vegan meals at home. Walk away armed with knowledge and excitement to change the way you cook forever!

What to bring

Please bring a water bottle, a notepad if you like to take notes, and any questions you have! Wear something comfortable, something you don’t mind getting dirty, and flat, closed toe shoes. No heels, sandals or thongs.
