Learn how to make vegan laksa with organic fresh garden herbs from scratch

Laksa is a spicy noodle soup popular in the Peranakan cuisine of Southeast Asia. Laksa consists of thick noodles or rice vermicelli in spicy soup based on either rich and spicy curry coconut milk or on sour asam (tamarind or gelugur).

For vegan Laksa, the broth is the key and most crucial ingredient. Instead of using seafood like clams and shrimps, we will be using natural garden herbs and making your own plant based Laksa paste time that will bring volume into your vegan Laksa soup.

In this class, you will learn how to make plant-based, msg free, healthy and delicious laksa from scratch and have the skills to recreate the dish anytime at the comfort of your own kitchen.

After the class, you will taste your own creation and take the remaining paste that you make during class back home to make your own vegan Laksa again anytime.

Owned a raw/vegan cafe for two years before going full time into Nature, planting, travelling and providing training around meditative food making, eco-arts and crafts, vegan home cooking that includes healthy fermentation techniques and creative recipes.
