classes: Felting

I've been needle felting since 2015. Earlier that year, I had decided to crochet my friend's greyhound as a birthday present. After having to undo and redo the legs multiple times due to miscounting rows, I swore off any craft involving patterns ever again.

For me, the joy of needle felting is exactly that - no patterns, no rules, it's just stabbing wool with needles until it becomes an adorable creature. It's pure imaginative freedom. There is magic in starting with wisps of wool and coaxing it into a solid form.

I love to share this magic with others as I truly believe needle felting is one of the easiest crafts to learn. There are no stitches or patterns or complex techniques, no projects lost in the kiln or to cracks while drying. Almost all mistakes can be fixed, parts can be cut off and reattached. It's wonderful to watch people make something they are happy with right from the start.
