Learn how to make whole grain pasta, a healthier version of traditional pasta, at this fun cooking class in Sydney! You will enjoy a delicious feast at the end.

In this workshop, you will learn how to create a healthier and tasty pasta using whole grain flour. You won't believe how good this is... for your palate and your body! Eating whole grains is associated with various health benefits including lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, weight control, reduced risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

In this step-by-step class, you will learn how to make a fresh wholegrain pasta dough, to create interesting shapes of pasta like candies, agnolotti del plin, lanterns, garganelli, fusi or orecchiette. To complement your new skills, you will also learn how to recreate a selection of pasta sauces using seasonally fresh ingredients.

This class is intended only for couples and small groups like families or close friends.
The teacher will travel to students' venue, bringing tools and ingredients to prepare a delicious gluten free meal.
We will make two different pasta shapes and cook them with 2 seasonal sauces. After the cooking, you will be left alone to sit down and enjoy the fruit of your labour in the comfort of your own house!

Please note:
There is a minimum of two participants for this class.

This class is a great indoor activity idea for individuals and couples as well as for a birthday, hens party, team building activity, corporate event, bucks party or Christmas party.

This is a fun indoor activity, suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 3 years old). An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.

We will use healthy, seasonal, simple and high quality ingredients to craft a homestyle meal to nourish our bodies and delight our eyes.
