Join Richie from Brown Paper Wine and in this two hour class you will learn to do it better. Dancing through the wine world from moscato to fortifieds, with your standard issue Shiraz and Pinot in between. Some simple lessons in sweetness, acidity, structure and finesse. White, milk and dark chocolate, it’s a broad church, and all are welcome to come and indulge.
