Soy Wax Candle Making Workshop with Fresh Food Hamper
Brilliant workshop! Tania is a great teacher, and we all had a wonderful evening creating candles and enjoying the fresh food hamper and Prosecco. Can't wait to burn my handmade candles on a cosy evening. Having participated in few workshops over the past years I would say this one was one of the best for not only the experience on the day, but also the “take away” of 3 beautifully scented candlesBrilliant workshop! Tania is a great teacher, and we all had a wonderful evening creating candles and enjoying the fresh food hamper and Prosecco. Can't wait to burn my handmade candles on a cosy evening. Having participated in few workshops over the past years I would say this one was one of the best for not only the experience on the day, but also the “take away” of 3 beautifully scented candles plus lots of small heart shaped ones from the leftover wax. We left with great knowledge of how to make beautiful scented candles as well as with the knowledge of where to find good quality products, and how to be health and safety aware. Learn How to Bake Alfajores Biscuits at Home
The class was ran so well, so much fun to re-create something I fell in love with on my own travels to the Americas. And they taste just the same if not better than I remember Was made really comfortable instantly and shared many laughs. The information and history around the origins of her particular recipe was so cool to know as well!

I can highly recommend this workshop to anyone who is interested in everything about candles. Tania was so welcoming and informative and truly generous with her expertise. The food hamper and Prosecco was a very welcomed addition. I will definitely go again.

Italian Cooking Class for Kids
School holiday activity for my 7 year old: "10 out of 10" says my son. The teacher was excellent, nice and very good with kids. We loved that we got to take home our pizza dough and are looking forward to making pizza tomorrow (needs to stay in fridge for 3 days for best results). Great value for money. Planning to book a private class for his next birthday party (great entertainment, good & healthySchool holiday activity for my 7 year old: "10 out of 10" says my son. The teacher was excellent, nice and very good with kids. We loved that we got to take home our pizza dough and are looking forward to making pizza tomorrow (needs to stay in fridge for 3 days for best results). Great value for money. Woodturning Course: Five Days of Turning - Marrickville
Great course. Wonderful tutor who allows you to explore your developing skills. Well resourced and organised. Learnt heaps. Highly recommended if you’re interested in getting into wood turning.

Ocean-Inspired Glass Bowl Making Workshop
Fantastic class! Lots of help when needed and beautiful suggestions. Excellent explanation of what to do and how to achieve the best outcome. Really enjoyed Joy’s gentle nature and inspiring studio. Booked class as part of daughter’s school art project, for inspiration and experimental experience. Such a satisfying thing to do, really looking forward to the finished piece! Woodturning Workshop for Beginners
A brilliant way to start out with woodturning! I was completely new to lathes and really unsure what to expect. Alma’s a fantastic teacher with an obvious wealth of knowledge and experience, and she walks you through the whole thing with great detail, clarity, patience and encouragement. So glad I did this course and very keen to do more.

CJ our instructor was amazing, he taught such great techniques in such a calm and gentle manner and taught me that mistakes in art are all part of the process. It was the most amazing value for money everything was provided and the class went for 3 hours.

I received this voucher for Christmas from my son and daughter-in-law. Had a great afternoon relaxing with a bubbles, smelling scents and shared a table with a lovely mother and daughter. Our teacher was beautiful, friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to pick up my candle

We came to the Beginner's Kintsugi Workshop as a team bonding experience and it was fantastic - highly recommend! Jun shared his passion and skill with us and the history and philosophy of Kintusgi and guided us through each step of the process of restoring our plates, including what materials we would need if we were to do it at home. Clay Sculpture Workshop: Make a Human Torso
I booked a Private Class for 4 people with Irina from Imakesculptures as a gift for my daughters 15th Birthday. Irina doesn’t usually work on a Monday but as it was a special occasion she was very accommodating and offered to hold a Private class just for us! The workshop was a Clay Sculpture Workshop - Making a Human Torso. We had a fabulous time and as we were beginners she even gave us extra timeI booked a Private Class for 4 people with Irina from Imakesculptures as a gift for my daughters 15th Birthday. The workshop was a Clay Sculpture Workshop - Making a Human Torso. We had a fabulous time and as we were beginners she even gave us extra time to complete our works of art. Irina was an excellent teacher, demonstrating techniques, guiding us along the way and giving us lots of tips that made the process enjoyable and productive. She is very warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Her art studio is great with lots of works to help inspire us all. The workshop was definitely good value for money which included the clay, apron, tools to use and take home and refreshments were provided as well. I recommend this course for everyone and will be booking more workshops in the future. Thanks Irina for a lovely, fun and inspiring afternoon. Paint and Sip Class: Choose Your Own Artwork
It was my daughter’s birthday and I wanted to celebrate it in a new way. As she lives in London we don’t get to meet her often. So I wanted it to be a memorable experience too. I was so glad that I chose sip and paint at Welight. We had great family time and it was extremely therapeutic. All 3 of us have no formal training in painting and we haven’t painted in ages. The teacher was helpful andIt was my daughter’s birthday and I wanted to celebrate it in a new way. As she lives in London we don’t get to meet her often. They gave my daughter extra time to finish which shows their love for art and they are not just focused on money. Venue was good and they gave us all the art supplies. This entire class was wonderful! The instructor, Noriko, was very clear, helpful and kind. The environment is very relaxing and calm to work in (and the tea and snacks were greatly appreciated). Repairing the plate was very fun and you come away with something you can feel very proud of. The history is fascinating as well. If you are on the fence about trying it, I would say it is worth it!

I really enjoyed my weaving workshop with Heather. She was clear with instructions and we all completed our weavings. It is fabulous that we get to take the loom home as it means we can do another one and become addicted to another craft :-) The only little criticism I have is I would have liked a greater range of yarn and roving colours. Also, 4 hours without a snack is a long time for me, maybeI really enjoyed my weaving workshop with Heather. She was clear with instructions and we all completed our weavings.
