My kids (10 and 13) have been to multiple holiday workshops over the last few years and really enjoy it! Cozy atmosphere with small groups. The teachers are very friendly and patient. The kids have made a variety of items that they're really proud of.

Kids beginner pottery class - the kids absolutely loved it even though one was hesitant and unsure at the beginning. I was very impressed by the items in the studio & the well set up small space. I was also told that Shane was a great teacher!

Going to Market Studio was beyond a great experience. I would highly recommend coming here solo, with a partner or in a group (it was the perfect atmosphere for all). Our teacher was superrr helpful and guided us every step of the way. My partner and I made mugs and we can’t wait to see the end result.

I took the lino printing class with my partner and had such a great time! It was my first time trying lino printing, but Shane was a great teacher and made the whole process really easy and enjoyable. I was super happy with how my print turned out!

It’s definitely something we’d love to do again. The shop itself is also really cute and cosy, in a lovely little street in Annandale. I especially loved that we got to take something home with us straight away, such a nice little souvenir from the class

I had a great time at the Cut, Ink, Print workshop. Shane was really helpful, guiding us through each stage while also encouraging us to be creative and make the work our own. The class felt both creative and calming. Such a lovely way to catch up with friends, slow down and leave with something we’d made ourselves.

Had a great time taking this class! Shane and Air were awesome instructors and coached us through the entire process while still giving us room to figure things out and make it our own. They shared a lot of little tips and tricks along the way that really helped, especially for someone doing this for the first time. It was a fun, hands-on experience, and I learned a lot without it ever feeling like a classroom. Really happy with how my piece turned out and would definitely come back for another class.

I loved today's workshop. Shane & Air are wonderful hosts: warm, welcoming and fun and Shane is an excellent instructor. Of course he made it look all so easy! The atmosphere is very intimate and relaxed. I was on my own but I would say everyone else enjoyed the session as much as I did and came away having learnt a lot in 2 hours. I particularly liked that we were given free rein to create whatever we wanted, with enough advice and assistance to achieve our creation. Thanks Shane & Air!

Highly recommend this class - the teachers explained the techniques well, were actively there to support and were incredibly patient. We weren’t limited to select choices and had the freedom to make our own item. They had fun stamps you could use and great paint colours to choose from. Great for beginners :)

Terrific instructors guided us through the step-by-step process of hand building clay. A small group setting meant the instructors were able to assist each person where needed. The studio space was cute and felt cosy. Learnt so much in just one workshop. Highly recommend for absolute beginners.

Me and a group of climber friends with ADHD decided to spontaneously join this class and it was such a good decision. We were able to concentrate for the entire 2.5 hour course with a very friendly, chatty, helpful and skilled instructor. I would definitely recommend this to everyone, climber or not.

We had such a wonderful experience at this pottery studio last weekend. I visited with my child and a group of friends, and it was truly a memorable activity for all of us.

Shane, our instructor, was incredibly engaging and made the entire session both fun and informative. His teaching style is clear, patient, and very encouraging, which made it easy for beginners to enjoy the process.

The studio itself has a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax and get creative. We all had an amazing time and left with big smiles (and our own handmade pieces!).

Highly recommended – a perfect activity for families and friends. 10/10 experience!

I attended this pottery class for my 20th birthday and myself and all my friends had so much fun, our teacher Shane was super helpful and funny and made sure all our peices looked amazing and functional. The atmosphere of the studio is amazing and we got to play our own music through their speakers. This is my second time doing this class and every time I have so much fun creating something new! I definitely recommend to everyone it’s something that you can have fun doing at any age!! Shane is the best! Also for the fact that he made a private class especially for my birthday even though he had a market stall going on that weekend at finder keepers markets!
