This sweet Sydney cooking class will show just how easy and satisfying it is to make your own desserts from scratch!
On arrival to class, you will be offered a refreshment and then given a short brief on safety and orientation. The chef will then demonstrate the courses to be cooked and answer any questions you may have. You will then usually break into pairs to prepare some of the dishes or parts of the meal (depending on time constraints) under the guidance of the chef.
When all is ready, you will sit down and eat your tasty sweet desserts at a large single set table and savour all your hard work.
The menu usually includes a range of desserts including pastry, fruit, dairy, egg and/or chocolate-based dishes!

- Chocolate tart with raspberries and fresh creamÂ
- Panna cotta with strawberry coulis
Please note:
- We operate with a maximum of 16 people per class and on the rare occasion where the minimum class number of 10 isn't reached, we will notify you at least three days prior with the chance to reschedule to a later date or participate in another of our classes
- Please advise of any special dietary requirements (we can cater to gluten-free or vegetarian but not vegan). This comes at no extra charge.
