Join professional watercolour artist and educator Arafat Hosen on the Gold Coast and learn how to paint with watercolour!
This class is open to all levels of experience, where Arafat is dedicated to sharing his skills and knowledge with fellow art enthusiasts, just like you. Just bring your willingness and enthusiasm to learn!
You can either choose to do day one of the workshop or learn watercolour painting for two days.
Day one of the workshop will focus on mastering the fundamental techniques of watercolour painting. You will learn essential skills such as colour blending, creating effective textures and mastering basic wash techniques. These foundational lessons are crucial for developing a strong understanding of watercolour as a medium.
Moving on to day two, you'll learn more advanced topics such as drawing in watercolour, composition techniques and strategies for creating a compelling centre of interest in your paintings. These advanced techniques will elevate your artwork and help you develop a unique style.
No matter what you prefer, you can take home your artworks, as well as new watercolour painting skills!
