Benita has been a maker since she was a child, sewing her doll's clothes by hand and learning to crochet and knit with her Nanna.

During the 2021 Covid-19 Pandemic she decided to return to her love of making and start designing and making all the things she missed creating.

She loves to design surface patterns, sew and crochet. There are so many things she loves, how can you have a favourite?

Since Crochet is having such a renewed interest she is keen to show you all the wonderful things you can make with this craft.

This was my second class with Benita and was a great way to refresh my beginner skills at my own pace. Benita is wonderfully patient and I was lucky enough to have a one-on-one class so received lots of guidance to make sure I was on the right track. This is a great class with flexibility to work on your own project at your own pace with Benita's assistance.

It was an excellent beginner session. Trying to remember the basics was made easy by the teacher She was patient and altered the pace to suit my level. Also helped to improve my technique. Benita is friendly and knowledgeable, good fun. I will revisit.

Excellent class! Benita is very patient with me and she's really detailed in explaining. The place is comfy and close to public transport so it was easy to reach.
