What you'll do
This live online class is a creative way to show a special person how adored they are. This three-dimensional hollow chocolate edible heart that you will learn how to make can contain a mix of chocolate and candy. Personalise your heart with chocolate, sprinkles and edible metallic gold foil!
In an online chocolate molding class, Michelle will demonstrate basic chocolate melting and molding techniques to create a smash-able heart. You will also decorate your smash heart using a piping bag, sprinkles and edible gold foil.
Then place it in the box provided so you can then give it as a gorgeous personal gift.
Please note: All kits come with white chocolate buttons suitable to melt and sprinkles so please ensure these products will suit your personal dietary guidelines.

What you'll get in your craft kit
All edible ingredients needed including a silicone mold, smash heart hammer, paintbrush, piping practice sheet plus a box suitable to place your heart in as a gift.
What you'll need
You will need a microwave or double boiler plus 2 bowls/spoons and a freezer/fridge.

Your teacher
Michelle See has had a long and interesting career starting out at 15 as a hairdresser and later a beauty therapist. After Michelle had her children she opened and operated her own retail shops. During this time, she also used her marketing knowledge to advise other small businesses on marketing, strategy, and customer relations.
Following this Michelle ran a direct marketing company and within a few years had turned this into a thriving company. Going on to be named the CEO Michelle continued in this role for 12 years, growing this business to over 300 staff in three countries and then going on to start her own company. Unfortunately, because of her many health battles at that time, she was forced to retire.
Michelle’s life took a dramatic turn when she was diagnosed with a serious illness requiring extensive surgery. All of this illness has culminated with Michelle searching for natural ways to help her eliminate toxins from her body and her home. Michelle now teaches workshops in naturally handmade, some would be considered “old fashioned” DIY ways, to make everything from preserves to skincare.
Michelle says “I actually grew up with a fabulous grandmother who was old school and made everything from scratch. So, I watched and learned and feel it is a real shame that today’s young people aren’t learning these skills and everything is purchased instead of handmade.”
Michelle also loves to upcycle and DIY to encourage less consumerism while also living luxe for less as she doesn’t feel that you have to compromise beauty for ethics. Michelle now lives with her husband in semi-retirement on an acreage property where she now aspires in spite of her illnesses to live her best life.
