What you'll do
If you're looking for unique things to do in Sydney, join us for a woodburning class in Kogarah where you’ll learn how to burn and oil a unique cheeseboard design!
It doesn’t matter if you've never burnt before. This two-and-a-half-hour DIY workshop is beginner-friendly and suitable for most ages and abilities. This makes for a fun activity to do with friends, family or solo. Makes an exciting birthday party or an engagement / wedding present.
The timber, handles, oiling, stencils, pencils, rubbers, and burning tools are all included in the lesson. All you have to bring is your own imagination and creative flair. If you have a favourite pattern or design, feel free to bring it with you.
By the end of the class, you will get to take home your unique, one-of-a-kind handmade platter to enjoy or you gift to a loved one.
Please note:
- No alcohol is to be consumed while the lesson is in progress.
- Your teacher's boards are also available to buy in the studio.
Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 6 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.
