My name is Maria Racovalis, I have always been creative in life and over the last few years I have discovered the most amazing floral creations made using buttercream. The edible flower bouquets I create using buttercream allow me to do both things I love most, Creating and teaching.

My cupcake bouquets have won me numerous awards over the last 3 years including consecutive awards from Australian Cake Decorating Network (ACDN) in 2021 & 2022 for Cupcake Artist of the year and also first prize in the Royal Melbourne Show cake shows.

My love for teaching has also lead to me travelling Australia wide teaching my buttercream art in numerous Cake shows and exhibitions.

I would love nothing more than to be able to share my skills with others who are willing to learn that something different.
