Learn the beauty and art of Chinese calligraphy in this relaxing Sydney workshop!

Calligraphy roles distinguished position in Eastern Asia, especially in China. It is not only a means of communication but also a means of expressing a person's inner world in an aesthetic sense. To do calligraphy you only need a brush, ink and paper and when you practice calligraphy, you don't only reach the beauty of the art but also calm down yourself spiritually by improving your temper and promoting wellbeing.

Step by step with Master Jeff Fan, you will enjoy every stroke of the brush as you create an exquisite artwork. A finished piece of fine calligraphy is not a symmetrical arrangement of conventional shapes but rather something like a silent reflection of the wish, the spirit or the soul. Any beautiful characters in good taste will be wonderful for you or anyone you love as a handmade gift idea!

There are so many entry points into this wonderfully creative and expressive world and this calligraphy workshop in Sydney provides you with a great chance to start. You will finish up with a unique calligraphy work to take home and the skills to continue your practice at home!
