Cocoa Oven was born out of my passion for food & baking. My formal training in architecture and design has given me a solid creative foundation and a structured approach to designing cakes, cupcakes, and desserts.
I want to share my passion and knowledge with my baking and dessert classes, giving students the skills to make their own beautiful and delectable desserts.

The venue was great, it was just the right amount of attendees. Our host at Imbue was lovely and the included cocktail amazing. Our teacher was very patient and helped us achieve some beautiful cakes despite us all being new to cake decorating. The night had great vibes and I thought was quite cheap as so much was included in the price.
