This hands-on cooking class in Adelaide teaches handy hints and tips to make life easier in the kitchen whilst you learn more about Japanese flavours!
During this class, which is perfect for everyone, you’ll learn how to make ramen from scratch - stock, flavourings, noodles, toppings etc. The techniques covered will be making stocks and sauces, kneading and rolling noodle dough plus braising meat.
You will learn how to make both miso and soy soup base with chashu pork belly and ramen noodles.
At the end of the class, you will have the opportunity to eat your delicious creations and savour all your hard work!
