Monica Cavallaro

I had a wonderful time in Monica's class. Monica generously shared her tips and tricks throughout her session whether you're a home baker or business owner. I took this class to upskill my cake/ buttercream decorating and after seeing how it's done, I'm keen to give Italian buttercream a go! I learnt so much about quality ingredients such as the type of butter that can make all the difference, even down to my posture!
The studio was cute and cosy, and there was so much pink! I was truly in my happy place. All tools were provided, and the set up sparked inspiration for me to replicate at home. Monica is so organised, a star with all things cake, hilarious and I enjoyed hearing her stories and experiences. I went away with the most prettiest, peach flavoured cake you ever did see, in time for my sis' bday that evening. O gosh, and Monica's home made jam was so divine!
I highly recommend this cake course with the one and only Monica!
