In this cake decorating class in Sydney, you will join Pastry Chef Deepthi Janakiram to learn how to create a stunning Mother's Day vintage cake adorned with edible flowers.

Throughout the workshop, you'll discover the techniques and skills needed to craft a beautiful and delicious masterpiece that you can proudly take home to share with your loved ones. Bring your mum along and have fun learning how to decorate a beautiful cake (Please purchase family ticket).

The class will last approximately 3.5 hours depending on how many people there are in the class and the previous experience of attendees.

  • Learn how to mask your cake with our delicious house-made buttercream.
  • You get to choose your favourite edible colours for the cake, learn to colour buttercream and fill your piping bags.
  • You'll be shown a range of vintage piping techniques and different nozzles.
  • You get to practice and finally decorate your masterpiece.
  • You get to ask questions and get tips and tricks from the experts.

In 2022, she expanded into a Bakery in Artarmon, where they have a range of cupcakes, desserts and savoury items on display.
The Green Bakery now offers, beautiful cakes, desserts, also do High tea, cater for parties and events onsite.
